How do I register as a user on the Website?
To register for an account click 'My Account', follow the link for new accounts and add your details. You do not need to register to use the site but you need to create an account before you finalise a purchase.
Your details are fully secured and we do not share any information with any other organisations. We do not store any credit card details on our site.
How can I view / change my account details?
Click 'My Account', log in, then choose any one of several options. You can edit your details, including your password, add addresses and view your order history.
How do I find the product I am looking for?
You can find products by their category using the Categories menu on left-hand side or by brand using the menu on the right. You can use the search facility on the menu bar to find products by a variety of search terms. This is a powerful search tool but, if needed, you also have access to an advanced search page. If you still can't locate the item you are looking for please contact us and we will do our best to source it for you.
How do I find out information about a product?
A short product description will appear with the image of the product and its price. Click on the product to view a complete description.
How do I know the item I want is in stock?
We carry large stocks of a huge range of products and aim to fulfil the majority of orders from this stock. If we have any problems sourcing or obtaining items we will email you with details and if relevant suggest alternatives. You can also track your orders on-line to keep abreast of their progress.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery is normally within 3-10 days of placing your order. If your order has been dispatched (you should receive an email notification) but not yet arrived please first check with the postal service as they often hold parcels for collection if a delivery failed. They should leave a card to this effect, but don't always. If this fails, please contact us after 15 working days from dispatch.

How much do you charge for delivery?
- UK - FREE for orders over the value of £14.95
- UK Delivery - £1.99 up to a limit of 2 kg. Surcharge applied if over 2 kg
- EU Delivery - £9.99 up to a limit of 2 kg. Surcharge applied if over 2 kg
- Global Delivery - £19.99 up to a limit of 2 kg. Surcharge applied if over 2 kg
- UK - FREE In-Store Pick-up

Please call us on 01257 274217 or email us at sales@yourhealthfoodstore.co.uk with your order number so we can arrange for the correct item(s) to be sent to you.
Why haven't I received all of my order?
Products may be sent out at separately or at different times, depending on stock availability and weight. Your dispatch note that accompanies the goods will list the items in the parcel. Any discrepancies should be reported immediately. If the dispatch note does not include all of your order then, unless you have been advised otherwise, the remainder will be 'to follow'.
Can I return my items if I am not happy with them?
As part of our continuing commitment to improving our customers' health and wellbeing, we offer this simple promise - if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, prices or service we will give you your money back! Provided the products are returned to us unopened.
What is yourhealthfoodstore's policy on security and privacy?
We will subscribe you to our mailing list for newsletters, unless you choose otherwise when registering, You can be unsubscribe at any time. Your details are fully secured and we do not share any information with any other organisations. We do not store any credit card details on any of our systems.
Are my credit card/debit card details secure?
We use Secure Trading and Paypal as our payment gateways. Please feel free to browse their websites if you are unsure about any security aspect.
